Based in Guiseley, Leeds, Abraham Moon & Sons are one of few mills within the UK that manufactures and sells cloth directly to customers from a single site, allowing them to control every stage of production, ensuring the very highest standard.
Supplying some of the biggest names in fashion and interiors, Abraham Moon & Sons’ fabrics can be found around the world.
The primary objective of the workshops conducted for Abraham Moon & Sons was to introduce and promote the Five Ways to Wellbeing, aiming to enhance overall self-care and mental health awareness among their employees.
As part of Self Care Month, these workshops were designed to equip participants with practical strategies to integrate wellbeing practices into their daily lives, fostering a healthier, happier, more engaged, and resilient workforce.
