This diagnostic roadmap takes around 15 minutes to complete, and has been designed to help you move beyond "tick-box" initiatives. You will be asked 29 questions focused on your operational reality, followed by 4 brief reflections to help us understand your specific context and craft your recommendations report.

We explore your culture across three distinct phases, based upon the Joy Junction Method.

Instead of a simple test, we map your organisation to one of five Maturity Levels, from Fragmented (Reactive) to Flourishing (Strategic).

Once your assessment has been submitted, you'll have a comprehensive report with practical recommendations written for you by one of our team.
